The theology of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

The PP-G is a moderate to liberal Democratic paper, opposed locally by an ardently conservative Republican paper, The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review founded by conservative activist Richard Mellon Scaife, lately deceased.

A longtime, established writer for the PP-G is Jack Kelly.

And not for the first time I have to ask myself why he writes for the PP-G and not the Trib.

  1. Maybe because he works for the Toledo Blade, also owned by the Block family, and his columns are jointly published in the P-G. And maybe they publish his columns for comic relief, since he's even loonier than Ruth Ann.
