Christian health care volunteers in Africa a problem?

Why do so many liberals despise Christianity?

Let me think.

Repression of sex?

Repression of science?

A near totalitarian rejection of pluralism and freedom of opinion?

Pop quiz: Who first said "Error has no rights?" a Marxist or a Christian?

Yes, it's a culture war.

That Christian clericalism is losing to secularism seems so far on the whole a good thing.

But as to the health care workers, I think we should be glad of any volunteers, regardless of motive.

And if we really have to choose between the Christian clericalists, the Islamofundamentalists, other religious dictators, and the liberal mullahs, the choice isn't that hard, is it?

A country dominated by theologically and morally conservative Christian clergy (say, the US in 1950) is quite different from a country dominated by theologically and morally conservative Muslim clergy (say, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, or Pakistan today).
