This morning on CNN, somebody asked an expert who explained it makes no sense since you're not contagious unless you're sick, and these people aren't sick.
Why was I listening to CNN?
Morning Joe had some boss of some DC think tank on, explaining that O is totally blowing it in Iraq and Syria, that the rise of ISIS is all his fault, and we need troops of our own in the fight blah, blah, blah.
His think tank is a front for the military-industrial complex, pretty clearly.
