ISIS gaining followers but losing leaders?
Considering how often the same people who insist torture doesn't work insist assassination is pointless, it's remarkable that no nation engaged in serious fighting against Muslim fundamentalists seems to agree with the latter point.
No question about it, on the battlefield, in the lab, and in command of nations, leaders make history no one else could or would.
