But the true facts are pretty astonishing.
Leave it in the ground?
Abandon fossil fuels?
Sure, right after China, India, and the other fakers for whom global warming is a smokescreen for measures to cripple the economies of the West to their own advantage.
On the other hand, nuclear power is even more obviously too dangerous for humans than AI and the internet.
Human fecklessness, egoism, greed, ignorance, and sheer stupidity all argue against trusting humans to safely use nuclear power.
Always another disaster on the horizon, always a bigger one waiting in the wings.
