Congress sends Homeland bill to Obama without conditions
Conservative mouthpieces enraged at Boehner.
This is probably the best outcome for the GOP.
The brief conservative rebellion keep them in Dutch with their constituents while the relatively quick surrender kept the nation for much noticing, let alone blaming, the GOP for annoying and irresponsible behavior.
As if they planned it to go this way all along.
