It was the liberals who created the imperial presidency

This one claims "international law" makes it impossible for a US president to flat repudiate executive deals (not treaties, nothing enacted by Congress into law) made by their predecessors and, in particular, for a new GOP president in January, 2017, to repudiate the Iran nukes deal.

Though of course he is right about the absurdity and danger of repudiation in the present case.
