A thaw in the new Cold War?

For a long time some people across the political spectrum have opposed the new cold war and urged global cooperation with the Russians and to an extent with the Chinese against Jihaders.

Things could be happening.

But by no means everybody is on board.

Republicans like these are part of why there is a Cold War II.

The other part is Democrats like Zbigniew Brzezinski.

Of course, ZB is also Exhibit A in any argument that immigrants ought to be kept as far away as possible from positions of political power or even influence in the US.

Think Madeleine Albright.

Think Henry Kissinger.
