Trump offers tax breaks and less regulation to Wall Street. But not free trade.

Trump vows 'to make America grow again' in speech on economy

The GOP nominee proposed reducing the number of income tax brackets from seven to three and to "dramatically streamline the process." He also pitched allowing parents to deduct child-care expenses from their taxable income.

“We will make America grow again," Trump said.

The real estate mogul also pledged to reduce the business tax rate and impose a "temporary moratorium" on new regulations, all while lambasting Clinton and President Obama.

The “one common feature” of Clinton’s economic plan, Trump said, is that it “punishes you for working and doing business in the United States”

In a rebuttal issued in advance of the speech, the Clinton campaign hit the Trump plan as focused on tax cuts for the wealthy and dangerous for the economy.

Trump also addressed an issue that's been at the center of his campaign: trade. While saying "isolation is not an option," Trump blasted the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership and the North American Free Trade Agreement, which he called "a disaster."
