Would it be euthanasia?

I am not certain of the impact of microcephaly on the afflicted person.

If it is not much worse than the impact of Downs' Syndrome I would say killing someone so afflicted, whether unborn or not, would not qualify as euthanasia.

And it does not seem much worse, relying on the information at Wikipedia.
