Under which of the enumerated powers of the federal congress
does the Republican congress propose to do this?
Just asking.
I like the ban and I don’t mind the Republicans fudging the
whole Section 8 thing on this matter.
Even though I know well they will hypocritically insist on
using it against Democrats in the future, again and again, as they have for
bloody forever.
