Senate Republicans to try to force construction of Keystone pipeline
They will get all the GOP votes and enough of the 46 Dem votes to pass the bill.
They think they will get enough Dem votes to overcome a veto, if there is one.
Probably all to the good.
This whole global warming thing is a fiasco, anyway.
