Actually is an argument for shifting the tax burden, not an argument for a net increase in revenue, much less an argument about what specifically to spend the revenue on.
The green bullshit aside, shifting the tax burden is a great idea, and thanks to the GOP tax cuts we really do need to increase revenues, at least enough to undo the damage they did.
