38 more cases but no deaths in Allegheny County, PA

Allegheny County reports 0 COVID-19 deaths for second straight day

For the second consecutive day, Allegheny County has not reported a death because of COVID-19, according to the latest figures released Monday by the county health department.

With the new data, Allegheny County’s death toll from the coronavirus stands at 143 people — 132 confirmed and 11 probable.

There were 38 new cases of COVID-19 reported. 

Since the first case was reported on March 14, the county has had 1,641 cases — 1,517 confirmed and 86 probable.
