Just another pissed-off local prosecutor being a tough guy beyond the meaning of the law, honestly construed, and probably out to score points with the anti-abortion right.

On the other hand, why should prosecutors be honest about the law when even – nay, especially – judges are not?

Who else is, really, for that matter?

Certainly nobody in the classe politique.
