They oppose any speech but their own

The right also calls for boycotts and tries to use them to pressure employers to fire people.

But the left is more aggressive about it.

And only the left is out to make it impossible for people to publicly advocate an agenda opposed to their own.

To a very large extent, the people who dominate mass politics are like the people who dominate mass anything.

They are vicious snakes.

Watch out for them.

These are the same lefties who complain that unrestricted spending on political propaganda corrupts democracy by giving excessive power to the rich.

They insist on requiring contraceptive coverage because to do otherwise leaves too much power to employers to the cost of employees.

But no one defends employer power to crush free speech as volubly as they do.

All's fair in love and war, say the middling corrupt.

And politics is war without the physical violence.

How's this for irony?

It's very likely true that right now we owe such freedom of expression as we have from the much more extensive and profound suppression by the self-righteous left that we see all over Europe and here in America at so many colleges and universities to the First Amendment and the life-tenured Supremes against whom there is no appeal.

Like this.

And the fraudulent Incorporation Doctrine, too.
