Religious Freedom Restoration Act, eh?
Per the story,
RFRA, as it's referred
to, says law that burden religious liberties must have a compelling government
interest and be narrowly tailored to meet that interest.
The law looks like an unconstitutional effort by statute to add a clause to the constitution.
And a damned silly bow toward establishment with no warrant in the enumerated powers conservatives so hypocritically yell about when it serves their turn.
See, this is fantastic Philo for if your employer is a Christian "Scientist" and does not believe in blood transfusions and antibiotics he can demand that an healthcare coverage he provides doesn't cover those abominations.
