I don't know what it means, but RCP and other political sites show the classe politique continues to ignore Ebola almost entirely in favor of its current obsessions with ISIL, Muslim terrorism, Iraq, Iran, the IRS, the US economy, Obamacare, the NSA, national security issues, and even Benghazi.
That is, except so far as talk about Ebola, like talk about any of these other things, is really either a partisan attack on O or "news" about those partisan attacks on O.
