The tweet touted the joy a secretary could be presumed to feel at her $1.50 a week net pay boost, thanks to the cut.
That's right.
Not $1.50 an hour or $150 a week.

Was he channeling Scrooge or Marley in a particularly vicious humor?
No, he seems to have been channeling dullard Alfred E. Newman of Mad Magazine fame.
The "critics", Nancy Pelosi among them, feasted on his imbecility.
