Speaking of China

I recently ordered from ebay what appeared to be a used plastic traveling case with mirror for a double edged razor, for a sum best described as trifling compared to prices of new cases available at Amazon or even Jet.

I wasn't sure it would be long enough, but at that price I wasn't much worried, either.

Imagine my surprise to receive in the mail a small package, air-mailed from Guangzhou in Guangdong, China, containing a new Baili Victory Shaver BT171, with blades, in a case of just the sort I expected.

It's a three piece, short-handled, brand new razor, apparently reputed to be about as mild as the longer handled, butterfly, Japanese Feather Popular razor I bought about a month ago.

A marvel of globalization, the Internet, and world commerce.

Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders, are you seeing this?

I have since shaved with this and it gives a great shave but is definitely not as mild as the Feather or even the Merkur.
