I would personally prefer the Democrats move toward social democracy at home and away from the military side of globalism.
Imagine the US out of NATO, or if still in then participating, in absolute numbers and not relative to GNP, on something closer to the scale of Denmark.
Likewise regarding our alliances in the Far East and elsewhere.
Neither Hillary nor Joe will do either of those things.
Sanders might, but he's a white guy a bit long in the tooth for this.
