Not everybody gets it, it seems

White fear, resentment, and outrage are driven by anti-racist propaganda, racial guilt-tripping, and racially spun weaponized history directed at whites.

It doesn't just push buttons, it hammers them.

So the very same racial attacks that are intended by Democrats to cement nonwhites to their party who are already cemented to their party, and motivate people to show up at the polls to vote for Democrats who were already going to the polls to vote for Democrats, is exploited by the right to drive whites whose class interests align with the Democrats and not with the GOP to vote all the same for the GOP.

It has been the race propaganda of the left, the blame whitey propaganda, that has pushed and continues to push so many whites, whose class interests are conspicuously disserved by the standard conservative agenda of radical rollback of progressivism, to vote Republican.

And that is why the Russian propaganda in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania included not only obviously right wing propaganda of the "Benghazi! Lock her up!" type but also a lot of fake anti-white BLM stuff.

I say this because some truly or faux oblivious Democratic senator was on CNN earlier today describing this Russian propaganda as intended to help Trump in these crucial swing states where the expected and actual votes were very close and as comprising fake Republican stuff as well as fake Democratic stuff, without pointing out how the latter actually has a pro-GOP, pro-Trump impact where there are more white than black voters.

The Democratic propaganda on race feeds the white backlash politics of the Republicans, and especially the Trumpists.

They need to own that.

Why such a heavy emphasis on race-baiting whites in Democratic propaganda, rather than class war?

Well, ask their rich donors.

Of course, Trump's protectionist and populist claims, echoed loudly by Bernie Sanders, have gone a long way to convince white working class voters that Trump and the GOP have their backs, not the Democrats.

GOP propaganda that they are the true protectors of Social Security and Medicare has had surprising success, too.

The GOP budget that just passed the senate with zero Dem support slashes Medicare and Medicaid by some trillions but their impending giant tax cuts will swallow up all that and more.

When the Dems try to restore the benefits the GOP deficit hawks, silent right now while their own party shoves it up and raises its own debt ceiling to suit, will begin screaming, again. 

That's the plan.

But nothing does it for these "Reagan Democrats", these Archie Bunkers of the American electorate, like people angrily calling them racists.
