Franken denies it all, but quits

Sen. Al Franken Announces He Will Resign 'In The Coming Weeks'

Six or seven women, the last of whom had been a Democratic worker, made allegations, all of which he denied.

And even though nobody puts it past the activists of the right to sponsor phony accusations, nothing shows that is happening here.

To believe him you have to believe they are all lying or delusional, and that's less likely than that he is lying.

Tom Brokaw right now making a fool of himself on MSNBC because he is annoyed by Franken being forced out while, as Franken said, the president gets a pass and Roy Moore will be seated when elected.

He even argued these events deprived the voters of Minnesota of any say in whether he left office or not, sounding like defenders of Roy Moore.

Tom is joined by at least one woman on Andrea Mitchell's panel denying what happened to Franken was justice or fairness, though it serves the turn of the Democrats who now are free of taunts about a double standard.

And they point out that meanwhile, other lawmakers remain in their jobs though they are under investigation for more serious, but not sexual, offenses.

The girl in the famous photo of Franken pretending to grab her boobs has gone public that she has accepted his apology and did not want him to resign, and is not at all happy that he was forced to.
