Potato pancakes made with Bisquick

Used a Betty Crocker recipe on the web cut to about half, though I used almost all the onion called for by the full size recipe.

It still made seven cakes between three and four inches across.

Too much work for that much bland, though I attribute that in part to the fact I had no sour cream.
