A few days ago The Guardian was happy enough to report an alleged consensus among experts that all it takes to be constitutionally natural born is that one or both of one's parents be citizens.
Last night, Chris Matthews interviewed a professor of constitutional law who called it the other way, that in order to be a natural born American citizen you have to be born in the US.

Matthews also pointed out that Cruz was a natural born citizen of Canada.
I think I read that Cruz has renounced his Canadian citizenship.
If nobody has standing to bring a suit exactly how is anyone supposed to enforce the constitution's eligibility requirements for the house, the senate, the courts, the vice presidency, or the presidency?
