What a joke.
The German bien-pensants about triple the size of this bloated, stupid, horrific, and boring bloviation by stuffing it with their own offensive PC bullshit and then they plan an initial press run for the entire German market of 4 thousand copies, to be sold at a ludicrous price of course actually intended "to keep it from falling into the wrong hands," as one might say.
