On Andrea Mitchell today a panelist explained the FBI and Justice Department during the election were desperately afraid of possible ire of Republicans at anything that they might do that could be perceived as reflecting pro-Clinton bias.
Hence Comey's decision not to release information to America about the extent and nature of Russian meddling in the election, even without mentioning its evident bias toward supporting Trump and hurting Hillary.
But there was no such worry in the Justice Department or the FBI about provoking the ire of Democrats by appearing to do things hurting Hillary and helping Bozo.
Hence Comey's "October surprise" late add-on bullshit about Hillary's email use still being an open question.
