No one outside Louisiana would favor that were it not all about constantly firing up Democratic black voters.
Democrats and their media venues will be attacking the Republicans in the White House and elsewhere for blatant racism and white supremacism no matter what they do about this, anyway, and the GOPsters know it.
So they're not apt to try all that hard to placate Democrats' race-baiting ire.
