Hitting a child is always wrong
Actually, I don't think for a second that that is the view of most American parents.
But it seems to be the view of those who are best positioned to control the view of most parents, given time.
And in any case to control the outlook and behavior of government officials.
This piece sounds like it was written by some liberal about torture, doesn't it?
As if to say, "It doesn't work and it's always immoral and disgraceful."
Hmm. They say that about the death penalty, too.
On Spanking and Abuse
This article as much as admits spanking is OK in the hearts and minds of a decisive majority.
The lesson he draws?
We need to change that, and it should be flat criminalized in the US despite majority opinion.
