City to weigh immigrant-friendly policies
Baltimoreans - especially white Baltimoreans - publicly opposing this policy are putting themselves in personal danger, and perhaps also danger of arrest and prosecution for hate crimes.
Local officials and the citizens they can bully are encouraged to adopt policies supportive of liberal national aims.
What do you suppose happens to locals who try to resist that or, worse, yet, adopt policies supportive of conservative national aims?
