It's pretty much all bullshit and a ludicrous excuse for Third World looting of the Occident, a massive global robbery enthusiastically sponsored by the left.

And the wealth of the West did not impoverish or even disadvantage everybody else or specifically the Third World, their own cultures and, in the case of China, their own Communist rulers did that.
The Chicoms especially have a lot of balls demanding reparations, but then they would be fools not to take that line since the left all over the Occident has been leading the way for many decades.
