Most of the particular charges to do with racism against Trump in her speech were smears, and given all we know there is more reason to suspect Obama of personal racism than Trump.

But the reality is that Trump, the white nationalists who support him, and the anti-immigrationists who now dominate the Republican Party stand not for racial fairness, reconciliation, and acceptance for all, but for refusal of the diversity of America and even the world.
"Stronger together" is the only path to a viable future.
"Raise high the Confederate battle flag," "Celebrate Nathan Bedford Forrest," "Build a mighty wall," and "amass a deportation force to cleanse America of 11 million Hispanic men, women, and children, young and old, even infants" is an absurd refusal of reality.
Even if he back pedals, abandoning the wall, mass deportation, or both, after making them his defining issues for so long it's too late to undo what has been done.
Before our eyes and over the course of this campaign, the Republican Party has become the vehicle of a political movement committed at its core to shameful goals and shameful ideals.
Heretofore, it was committed only to relentless class war against the poor, the environment, workers, and consumers.
I am one of those white folks who voted for O twice, and would again.
We are betting on inclusion.
