'Saving Lives' Or 'Selling Access'? Explaining The Clinton Foundation
Did they sell access?
Hillary Clinton’s honest and trustworthy problem, in one facial expression
Mika Brzezinski is a Democrat.
She said on Friday's episode of "Morning Joe" that she can't "pretend" to cover Donald Trump objectively at this point, and added her opinion that Hillary Clinton's Trump-bashing speech a day earlier was "incredible."
But even Brzezinski couldn't believe the words coming out of Clinton's mouth when she and co-host Joe Scarborough interviewed the Democratic presidential nominee on MSNBC Friday morning.
. . . .
Brzezinski's face says, "Really? Really? You actually expect me to believe that you wouldn't accuse an opponent of having a conflict of interest?"
Clinton's insistence that she would, on the contrary, "appreciate" her opponent's charitable work just doesn't ring true, even to a sympathetic ear such as Brzezinski's.
This is politics.
Recently published emails showing Clinton Foundation donors received access to Clinton's State Department are an obvious vulnerability in an election.
She wouldn't exploit it, if the tables were turned?
Come on.
