Sanders says Bill Clinton should apologize . . .
. . . for his denunciation of #BLM's position on that crime bill, and for refusing to apologize for locking up criminals his wife at the time called "superpredators."
Hillary has defended Bill while avoiding direct comment on the substance of the matter.
Earlier in the campaign she backed away from that now infamous crime bill, and Bill has pointed out she was not in the senate at the time it was passed and so did not vote for it and is not responsible for it.
Bernie is getting truly cranky and nasty in this too long campaign.
She was for GW's Iraq war and the folly of knocking off Qaddafi, leaving Libya a mess, it's true.
He never tires of pointing these things out.
But in light of recent revelations about the danger that Jihaders will get and use serious WMD, I'm not sure his relatively isolationist instincts are what's called for, either.
Nor does O's own impulse to leave things undone if the Europeans or Middle Eastern allies, closer to the problem and perhaps more threatened than we are, won't do them seem prudent.
