He's not going to shut down the Mexican border in order to force congress into an immigration deal.
He just likes to beat the shit out of the country and the government.
And his fan base loves the spectacle.
It's like watching professional wrestling.
The wall money and immigration deal are pretexts.

And that's why the deal he's talking about is just hot air.
There is nothing on the table, no specific package of proposals he has made.
