That is the fundamental premise of anarchism, communism, and socialism, sure.

Everybody knows that.

But why do you never hear it from liberals whose entire regulatory, redistributive, and public enterprise project (public mass transit, state universities, public hospitals, FEMA, the fire department, etc.) relies on the very same notion?

I know, they don't want to scare the horses and the children.

But is that all of it?
