When does the diagnosis come?

Or rather, when would the abortion come?

If before the fetus is recognizably an unborn child this is wrong-headed meddling.

If after then this is fine, there being no reason to euthanize children with this condition, though parents may wish to have done with them.

The Guardian reports,

Kasich is considered one of the more moderate Republicans in the 16-strong 2016 presidential primary field, to the extent that some on the right of the party question his conservative credentials.

He is, however staunchly anti-abortion, being opposed to the procedure except in cases of rape or incest or when it is needed to save the life of a mother.

Actually, this sets him apart from Rubio and, I think, some others who reject abortion even in cases of rape or incest, at all stages of pregnancy.

Personally, I would ban all abortions from the moment the fetus is recognizably an unborn child, except for euthanasia.

Before that I would allow all.
