Minneapolis cop kills a man on video
George Floyd, suspected of passing a counterfeit twenty, was taken into custody.
Police say he briefly resisted arrest.
The unidentified cop held him down, handcuffed, kneeling on his neck for from five to eight minutes, apparently until he died.
Three other cops shooed away bystanders, preventing interference.
Claire McCaskill chose to use the first of her fifteen or twenty seconds of comment on Morning Joe to insist that most police are good people.
