The internet has become an effective and valued tool of terrorism,
war, espionage, and treason.
It would be absurd and irresponsible if American security
services, and those of other good guy governments, did not jump on it and do
their level best to be on top of it.
Just as it would be absurd and irresponsible if America did
not keep on top of advances in chemical and biological warfare, despite the stupidity,
or treason, of the professional left.
