Her role is to normalize the treatment of whites as deservedly guilt-ridden (but not guilt-ridden enough) ex-Klansmen and profiteers of slavery forever and irremediably morally in the wrong, and to normalize acceptance of that place by whites.
This morning, discussing a movie, she and her black guest were competing to see how many times they could use the word "privilege," speaking of the white people who wrote and controlled the making of the film and of whites in general, in a group of three sentences.
The kind of talk that doesn't convince whites the Democrats are looking out for them.
Are people who talk like this, or indulge this stuff, actually malevolent or merely stupid?
