How you can have your Secretary of State skip senate vetting

Appoint someone pretty well qualified and with views sensible enough to get confirmed by the senate and then isolate him and hand the actual job to your son in law, an ignorant and totally unqualified amateur who would never stand up to senate vetting.

Mika Brzezinski Goes Off on Trump and His 'Lobotomized' Staffers After Disturbing Tillerson Report

MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski hammered President Donald Trump over reports that his secretary of state feels sidelined by White House political operatives.

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson reportedly unloaded on Johnny DeStefano, head of the presidential personnel office, last week in front of other staffers during a heated meeting in the White House chief of staff’s office — and the “Morning Joe” co-hosts blasted the president and his dysfunctional administration.

“Everybody in Washington, in the administration, needs to look at this from, I think, a point of view where they’re not lobotomized because you’re sitting in there and you’re so scared of him, and you think you need to suck up to the president,” Brzezinski said. 

“You need to look at this like any company.”

“Let’s say someone came into NBC and took over NBC, and started tweeting wildly about people’s appearances, bullying people, talking about people in the competition, lying every day, undermining his managers, throwing them under the (bus) — that person would be thrown out,” she continued. 

“It’s just not normal behavior. In fact, there would be concerns that the person who runs the company is out of his mind.”

Trump responds by his usual brutal personal attacks, mostly on Mika B.

President Trump bashed the hosts of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, in tweets early Thursday that said Brzezinski was "bleeding badly from a face-lift" when he saw her late last year at his Florida resort.

"I heard poorly rated Morning Joe speaks badly of me (don't watch anymore). Then how come low I.Q. Crazy Mika, along with Psycho Joe, came to Mar-a-Lago 3 nights in a row around New Year's Eve, and insisted on joining me. She was bleeding badly from a face-lift. I said no!" Trump tweeted.
