Las Vegas police say gunman Stephen Paddock had an escape plan
So said Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo.
Not a word on what the plan actually was or why they think he even had one.
Generally, mass shooters don't expect to live to go to prison.
And, generally, they don't.
