It's bullshit, in my view.
The leadership in Congress says it will put through "tax reform" without Democratic input or votes.
But it could be that he's not going to just go with whatever they want to push through.
He knows what happened when he totally deferred to the GOP leadership to do its own thing to repeal and replace Ocare and they failed him
