Ask career mob and cartel leaders.
Ask insider traders.
Ask the Wells Fargo sales force who committed bank fraud on a vast scale and the execs at the top who pushed them into it.
If that's an excuse for Third World farmers of poppies and coca or ghetto kids who sell their products it's an excuse for pretty much everybody breaking the law for gain.
If it's not an excuse that's not because it isn't true.
