Rep. Steve Cohen Introduces Bill To Eliminate Electoral College, Limit Presidential Powers
The Tennessee Democrat launched amendments to the constitution to provide direct election of the president and expressly deny the president the power to pardon himself, any family member, or any member of his administration or campaign staff.
