If a US president rightly regarded globally as an idiotic and malicious clown can declare a completely, egregiously fake national emergency justified only by what everybody knows are fantastic lies and under cover of that spend money denied him by congress on a project rejected by the congress and get away with it we are already a trash republic, a joke, a phony republic.
