Since it stops the shutdown, assuming the president agrees to actually sign something that does that.

And everybody counting on a Republican Supreme Court to save us from a Republican president attempting in plain sight to trash the separation of powers and illegally declare a phony emergency in order to then illegally spend money actually appropriated for other purposes is just way to scary.
It's just unbelievable how fucked up this all is.
And will it occur to anyone that the possibility of such abuse of power is the reason we should not stupidly give whatever idiot is in the White House anything this close to a fucking blank check??
