Expect Bozo to energetically pursue his Buchananite foreign policy views in a second term, if he gets one.
All the more so if either or both of the houses of the Congress are in the hands of the Democrats.
If he can:
He will withdraw American forces from Europe and the Far East, ending the relevant treaty commitments.
He will encourage the self-destruction of the EU.
He will leave South Korea in the lurch.
He will encourage more individual states to go nuclear.
He may withdraw from the UN, the World Bank, and the World Trade Organization.
Russia and China will be happy.
Others not so much.
Republicans will not attempt to stop him.
