Prosecute you for sodomy.

Forbid you to marry someone of your own sex.

Forbid you to marry someone of a different race.

Send you to fight in a pointless war.

It is liberal dogma that all of these are forbidden to government by the constitution, as amended, except the last.

Liberals have fought and are fighting to make that view stick.

Not a hint the constitution should forbid the last.

But that the 13th Amendment forbids the draft is not more absurd than that the 14th forbids that same sex or interracial marriage be unlawful.

Or that pornography be criminalized.

Or that sex between persons of the same sex be unlawful.
