The orange blowhard who never apologizes for any of his astounding outrages is perfect for the Archie Bunkers of America, many of whom in former years favored George Wallace and angrily supported Mayor Daily and the cops during the "police riots" of the '68 Chicago convention.
TV broadcasts of The Duce's convention, considerably whiter and more male than America, and of the Democrats', considerably darker and more female, doubtless firmed up his support among the white workingmen of the nation to whom the message of those pictures would be absolutely unmistakable.
And anyhow they love the man's bluster, his lies, his sheer inventions, his extemporaneous rambling nonsense, and his total rejection of "PC" that he proves, again and again, every time he says or tweets something that shocks the media.
The left will split, too many who should support Hillary will stay home or vote for Jill Stein, and white working class males will vote in large numbers for a thug and a clown who seems perfectly their kind of guy, joyfully putting him in the White House.
